My drawing and painting life

Ink play

Warm up drawing in the studio.

Inspired by a tutorial by Carla Sonheim – and the fall weather. 🙂

I played with the ink dropper and a dip pen.

I rather like this drawing of a girl.

The ink and pen were part of a little present I gave myself, a subscription to Art and Parcel, from Blyth and co in Manchester. They send out monthly surprise parcels. In  the parcel you find a surprise art supply. As I’ve been ill for a while this year, I couldn’t really enjoy my subscription in full. I mean it’s fun to be able to use the supplies when they got to me. Now I’m simply happy with my pen and ink.
