Flowers opening

I just have to show you this amazing flower opening. What a yummy peony!

Such a pity they don’t last so long.

Process notes

I am enjoying the week of not having to do daily art or blogging. I considered writing a post earlier – but held to my promise to myself. Rest, my dear, rest!

I am doing art some days, like painting large canvases, filling them with background colors for the big bold bloom paintings. Thoroughly enjoying that. Apart from that: I tried my hand at working like Paul Klee (studying his grid paintings), I am continuing on my little abstracts (today) and collecting master pieces to steal from. šŸ™‚

See you soon!
