My drawing and painting life

Day 97 starts a series

Day 97 and 98 of daily creating.
I am working on a series and in experiment mode. Dark colors and (only little) light.
  • Sunday, day97, was gelli printing day, mostly painting papers for collage and background. But one came out a way I liked. A happy accident actually. Inspired by Carlas lesson 13 from Year of the Spark I also printed on tracing paper.
  • Monday, day98 I tried layering the paper and tracing paper and stitched some together. I don’t know if this comes across online.
I don’t know where this is going, but I do know it’s going *somewhere new*! You’ll just have to take my word for it. Happy!
….and other recent things
I have also started taking pictures, of things in black and white, and pictures of the moon at dawn. It’s not like I am constantly doing that, but loved it when I saw the moon early one morning.
Here’s a mosaic of some of the pieces and some recent photos (randomly ordered)

I will probably not be posting daily during the coming weeks. Expect collages like this more often.

It’s new to me, and I like how it turns out. Thanks!
