Day 93 Sketching faces in black and white

Just decided on black and white. Sitting at the computer looking at a video interview of Carla Sonheim filmed at the end of 2014… let’s try sketching the people I am looking at… I don’t feel like a neat drawing, but would like going quickly with the charcoal. I remember watching it before, looking at the background, the decorations on the wall. 🙂 No need to be perfect. (Ha ha, like that is easy, not trying to be perfect!)

Let’s do some more , this time in graphite. Let’s exaggerate shadows a bit. Hm. A quick sketch of the interviewer, Susan W.  (I have to look up how to write her name.) I like it. She looks a bit surprised. But I like the looseness of it.

Media: graphite, charcoal and graphite. Paper: Fabriano Schizzi paper.
