My drawing and painting life

Still processing impressions from Italy

June15_lunch drawing Castiglionedel LagoWe did so much drawing and painting during that four day workshop. It’s amazing. There is a lot of work that we only started and will finish later. I am still inspired.

Apart from the painting during lessons and out in the piazza in Cortona, we took our pencils and pens out also while sitting in restaurants, waiting for our – delicious – food.

The painting to the left I started in Italy. Just some flowerpots hanging from the restaurant wall.

Fun. We just couldn’t stop drawing. Besides it’s a fun way to experience your surroundings….

…or to pass the time waiting at an airport.

You did such amazing work. As I create the Italy book, I’m gushing.

Thanks Niya! I am so looking forward to seeing the book. It will be a lovely reminder of a great time spent in Italy! Thanks again!
